Jenny has delivered her popular informational talk twice in the last month, both in Member Clubs, Willetton Digital Technology for 50+ and the Walpole Community Resource Centre.
Thanks so much to those who were able to attend as a Club Delegate and take part in the recent Special General Meeting wherein we had a unanimous motion to pass a resolution to adopt ASCCA’s updated Constitution.
Welcome to yet another ASCCA monthly eNews! We are now distributing a Weekly eNews Update that helps to share the wealth of digital technology information that is abound these days, not just from ASCCA.
ASCCA is gearing up for a very busy period – Board Meeting tomorrow, Special General Meeting on 17th September where we expect those Club delegates present to adopt the proposed amended Constitution. Please register your expected attendance. See details of the amendments further in this eNews.
Conference on 10th November – plans are firming up and we hope to present to you soon the Program line up of Guest Speakers. The day is promising to be jam packed full of information, fun, games, knowledge and lots more………
ASCCA AGM is the last topic of the Conference day on 10th November. Please join us to listen and learn what a tremendous year it’s been – and our plans going forward.
Competitions are drawing to a close, with judges assessing and reporting on all the entries.
Nan is joining us at the next Clubs Forum, so don’t forget to register your attendance. She’ll be sharing her knowledge on how to research and setup a Family Tree. Nan is a bit of an expert in this topic, so those who are interested in Genealogy will gain much from Nan’s presentation.

REMINDER
The Australian Seniors Computer Clubs Association [ASCCA] Board of Directors advises all members that the Special General Meeting with the intention to propose a special resolution in order to adopt the proposed new ASCCA Constitution 2022, previously scheduled for September 2nd will now be held:
Starting at: 10.00am AEST (Sydney Melbourne, Canberra) / 9:30am ACST (Darwin, Adelaide) / 8.00am AWST (Perth)
We ask all member Clubs to nominate a delegate to attend on the Club’s behalf, they are asked to please register via this link.
A link with the meeting details will then be emailed to registrants.
