The Computer Pals for Seniors Turramurra Club (CPST) has been functioning since April 2001 with volunteers teaching computer and technology skills to seniors; with the aim of making their lives more compatible with the information technology that surrounds them today. Tuition sessions are regularly held and cover topics ranging from basic introduction to specific niche areas, and these sessions can be either in a group format or one on one - depending upon the topic and demand.
In addition to dedicated tuition sessions CPST held on a monthly basis both a general 'help' session and a full group meeting, at the group meeting we ask guest presenters to join us and pass on their views and skills.
All CPST sessions are held in our clubrooms on Gilroy Lane Turramurra, at the Seniors Centre which is close to the railway station.
