Primetime for ASCCA Members

New benefits for ASCCA members

ASCCA and Elderplan/PrimetimeTM Co-operation agreement

We are excited to announce our partnership with Elderplan Pty Ltd (Elderplan), a software business that has developed PrimetimeTM, an integrated technology platform that enables people to self-manage the overall planning of their personal affairs.  ASCCA has made this arrangement to add to the membership benefits offered to our Clubs, as we are confident that this tool will be useful to their members.

President Jennifer Willcox, and PrimetimeTM Founder and Director Peter Tyndall, have been informally collaborating over the past two years to being this opportunity to fruition.

The conversation was easy, and execution seamless, due to the commonality of vision and purpose in “assisting seniors in becoming digital citizens to improve their everyday lives through the use of technology”.

In April they signed the agreement (pictured above), in the middle of the tall timber country Jenny calls home. The ASCCA team has since been working on rolling this opportunity out.

The agreement allows for ASCCA and PrimetimeTM to provide a technical solution to several significant issues that need to be addressed and health with by the senior community, such as the ability to manage a significantly higher volume of digital information, self-management of financial and personal affairs, and proactive planning for specific ageing issues such as support and estate planning.

This is a great opportunity for our Clubs to draw in new members and offer them training and support to access this online tool.

Key Points

  • Elderplan has adapted its core platform to develop an online planning package that caters specifically for the holistic planning needs of ASCCA members.
  • ASCCA has been provided with a portal for ASCCA Clubs and member referrals to be able to subscribe to and use the PrimetimeTM platform.
  • Elderplan has agreed to provide free assistance and training to ASCCA subscribers to be able to use and become familiar with the software and resources.
  • Elderplan has agreed to train willing participants through a “Train the Trainer” program.

We will be going through the online sign up portal at the next Clubs Forum, Friday 10th June 2022. For clubs that are interested in this we have Peter Tyndall giving a demonstration of how this will work for your members.
