Learn to use the file manager application, Windows Explorer, that is built into recent Windows operating systems. Its features allow you to organize, save, and find your files. To avoid creating multiple files by mistake, learn how to use its Search and its Restore previous versions options, as well the utility of Views, Save vs Save As, and more.
Also, learn how to back-up your files and folders to Microsoft’s cloud storage, OneDrive.
See a demonstration of a free, reputable third-party software to locate duplicate photo files, even if you’ve edited their filename. Unwanted duplicates consume space on your local drive and could be slowing your computer.
