Embrace the Winter Season and Renew Your Memberships!

Warm greetings to you all as we navigate through the chilly winter months! It seems that this year, winter has truly enveloped Australia in its cold and rainy embrace – especially along the East Coast.  As the rain taps against your windows and the wind howls outside, it’s the perfect time to cosy up in front of a crackling fireplace with a cup of steaming hot tea, coffee or chocolate and immerse ourselves in the world of technology!

ASCCA Membership renewals, 25 members = $52/year, corporate membership = $52/year

As the new financial year dawns upon us, it’s time to turn our attention to membership renewals. The ASCCA membership renewal process for the coming year is approaching, and we kindly request your prompt action in ensuring your continued membership with us. Allow me to provide you with some important information regarding this process.

Firstly, I would like to emphasise that ASCCA is committed to supporting all computer clubs, regardless of their size. Clubs with less than 25 members will continue to enjoy the privilege of free membership, allowing them to access our valuable resources and participate in our vibrant community. For clubs with 25 members or more, we offer an annual membership fee of $52, which includes GST. Consider this – for just $1 per week, you gain access to a plethora of benefits and opportunities tailored specifically for our esteemed members – with more to come.

To facilitate a seamless membership renewal process, we kindly request all members to update their details through our convenient online form. (You can click the QR code or scan it)

By doing so, we will be able to generate accurate invoices and ensure that your membership is swiftly renewed. It’s a small step that goes a long way in enabling us to continue providing you with exceptional services and fostering a thriving environment for seniors’ computer clubs across Australia.

Additionally, I would like to highlight the importance of our monthly Club Forums. These forums serve as a platform for our clubs to share their successes, news, and activities with fellow members. We warmly invite and encourage more of our clubs to actively participate in these forums. It’s an excellent opportunity to connect, learn from one another, and showcase the incredible work happening within our ASCCA community. Furthermore, we are always delighted to feature your club news in our eNews. Simply send them through to us at communications@ascca.org.au, and we will be thrilled to share them with our readers.

Lastly, I would like to extend a special call for input and assistance in pulling together our highly anticipated national conference in October. If you are interested in learning more about the conference and how you can contribute, please don’t hesitate to email me at ascca@ascca.org.au. Your support and involvement are crucial in making this event a resounding success.

Thank you for your attention to these matters, and we sincerely appreciate your continued support. Should you have any queries or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Wishing you warmth, comfort, and joyful moments this winter!

Thank you for being a part of ASCCA, and please enjoy this month’s edition of the ASCCA eNews.
