ASCCA is holding its Annual General Meeting on Friday, 20 November 2026 at 3 pm. The meeting will be online via Microsoft Teams. We emailed the Notice of AGM on 26 September and the Information package about the new Constitution on 3 October. We invited Clubs to let us know who will vote on their behalf by 13 November.
Nominations for Board positions close on 1 November and should include a nomination form, brief CV and photo.
ASCCA will email the final agenda, financial statements, annual report and list of Board nominees to member Clubs by 6 November.
We are also holding two open forums for members to ask questions and give feedback about the proposed new Constitution. These are on Friday, 30 October at 3 pm and Friday, 6 November at 3 pm, via Microsoft Teams. We included the Microsoft Teams link with the Constitution Information Pack. If you have not received the Teams link you can request it by emailing office@ascca.org.au.
We hope to see all our our ASCCA member Clubs represented at the AGM on 20 November for these important votes on the new Board and on the Constitution.
