Official Notice: ASCCA Annual General Meeting (AGM) Details
Whilst the Annual Conference has been cancelled, the 2023 ASCCA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will still be held, as per previous years, on the date originally scheduled for the Conference. Member participation is of utmost importance as we gather to discuss critical matters and chart the course for our association’s future. Kindly take note of the following information:
Date: October 10th 2023
Meeting Platform: The AGM will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
Times: please note that daylight savings will have started by then, hence we will be operating across 5 time zones

11:40 AM ACST Darwin
12:40 PM ACDT Adelaide
12:10 PM AEST Brisbane
1:10 PM AEDT Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra
Registration Required: In order to ensure a seamless and organised AGM experience, registration is required beforehand. A registration link with detailed instructions will be sent to all members in due course. We kindly request your timely registration to facilitate the process.

AGM Agenda:
Opening Address: Emeritus President Nan Bosler, setting the tone for meaningful discussions.
Annual General Meeting: Member clubs are encouraged to attend, forming a quorum, and welcoming new Board Members to the team.
Procedures and Reports: The AGM will follow established procedures, including comprehensive reports that cover our accomplishments and strategic direction.
Competition Winners: Susan will preside over the announcement and display of Competition categories and winners, celebrating the talents of our community members.
Conclusion: The day’s proceedings should conclude around 1 PM AWST.
Additionally, ASCCA is actively seeking new Directors for the Board for the 2023/24/25 years. We encourage member clubs to nominate individuals who are committed to ASCCA’s mission and are eager to contribute their skills and expertise.
